Warner Bros has cancelled a planned Hogwarts Legacy DLC and Definitive Edition, as part of the restructuring at Warner Bros. They were never announced. There is a sequel to Hogwarts Legacy in the works.
Ubisoft is creating a new subsidiary company in partnership with Tencent. It is valued at ~€4 billion and includes IPs such as Assassin's Creed, FarCry and Rainbow Six. Tencent is paying €1.16 billion for a 25% stake in the company.
