aha general is the catch all for AP discussions that don’t have a category of their own. If there’s interest I’m more than happy to create a new category for it! There might be interest in a moderation forum as well. For example maybe #fediadmin posts could go in there.

@julian ah, that explains it. btw in the discussion about directions for SocialHub, I've suggesting that they keep their more political focus (including opposition to Meta). I saw your point about hoping that dev discussions on activitypub.space could be apolitical ... I don't think that's actually achievable, but given who's been active there and the whole nexus of people who were at FediCon, the politics are likely to be a lot lower-key with more of an "open social web" (Big Tech-friendly) focus. Both are needed, so if they do go that route that'll be a good complement. And, with activitypub.space based in Canada and SOcialHub in Europe, that's also very complementary -- and a big plus that they're both outside the US.

8 September 2025 Added a new section for “Podcasts and Videos”, which include three productions: Dot Social (dot_social@flipboard.video / mike@flipboard.social) Decentered (decentered_podcast@spectra.video / deadsuperhero@social.wedistribute.org) Fireside Fedi (show@video.firesidefedi.live / firesidefedi@social.firesidefedi.live) They are all on self-hosted Peertube instances, and are pulled in directly into this forum.

I heard back after posting this that it was just the client that I am using that wasn't rendering it. So everything is fine in the end
