Here's the thing, if Kirk had the right to say vile things, I should have the right to say he was a vile person and that I am, and always will be, lacking in empathy that he reaped what he sowed.
I consider that kinda, well, Biblical.
...and I am not even religious.
To be censored for saying so, or, for someone like the creator of Red Hood, to get canceled for doing much the same, is a key problem with the left side of the argument as well.
How about, we just have a middle ground and go by the precepts of free speech.
