    I used to use a metaphor between AI and the Internet when explaining the immediacy of adoption and commercialization of the technology.

    I frequently compare the different age ranges at the time of consumer adoption of the Internet and AI. Example: children versus adults having Internet or AI for the first time.

    I used to compare AI and the Internet all the time.

    Lately I've found a better comparison between AI and firearms.

    Something about finding guns a better metaphor for AI definitely means... something... but I'm still figuring that out.
