  • Nintendo has confirmed that the new Nintendo console (which has not been announced yet) will be backwards compatible with existing Nintendo Switch games.

  • Warner Bros. Discovery has revealed that the poor reception of MultiVersus is one of the major reasons why their games division is “substantially underperforming”
  • Raven from DC Comics and Marceline from Adventure Time are being added to Season 4 of MultiVersus which also includes 2 new stages from Samurai Jack and Adventure Time.
  • Starting in 2025, New subscribers to Nvidia’s game streaming service GeForce Now, will be limited to 100 hours of playtime per month. Existing members will have this limit imposed in 2026.

  • Take-Two have also stated that they will spread out the release of Grand Theft Auto VI and Borderlands 4 even though they are slated to come out within a year of each other.
  • It has also been confirmed by Take-Two, that their “Private Division” label has been sold for an undisclosed sum.
  • It was recently confirmed by Konami that the voice actress for Eva in Metal Gear Solid 3 was listed as “Suzetta Minet” This was a pseudonym for Jodi Benson, who voiced Ariel in The Little Mermaid movie. It was suggested to her at the time that her name be changed due to the ‘adult themes’ that were in the game.
  • SEGA Mega Drive and Genesis Classics is being delisted from Steam on the 6th December. If you have already purchased games within SEGA Mega Drive and Genesis Classics, you would still be able to download them.
