Therefore he doesn't enjoy (anyway absurd, un-American & illegal) immunity from prosecution & indictment for commission of criminal acts like retaliation against public officials.Therefore fired FBI officials best sue Trump directly, not starting with the ones, who executed Trump's felonious orders.
