Esta avispa no puede tragar el trozo de pollo que está cortando. Es el problema de tener una “cintura de avispa”. Pero las larvas de su nido si que pueden, y excretan una papilla líquida que si que pueden ingerir los adultos.

Diese Wespe kann das Stück Hähnchen, das sie zerschneidet, nicht runterschlucken. Tja, das ist der Nachteil, wenn man eine "Wespentaille" hat. Aber die Larven in ihrem Nest können das schon, und die scheiden einen flüssigen Brei aus, den die erwachsenen Wespen problemlos schlürfen können.
