    I'm torn about reviewing GSoC this year, there's so much evidence of #ai being used which moves the workload from students to mentors.

    Inkscape doesn't have any paid developers who can be charged with taking this work fairly. Only by them volunteering. Do they really consent to this increased workload?

    These tools increase confidence, but don't actually increase capability, speed or quality of outcomes. If you need confidence it might be useful, but it's extra work for others.
