@thebitchisback Losing 25 pounds in a month is pretty good imo, you have to eat like only 500-1300 cal though (my minimum is 2000)

If each pound of fat is 3500 calories, that's a 2800 calorie deficit each day for a month. Of course like 5 pounds of that could easily be water weight, but you're obviously doing a lot more than only eating a very low calorie diet there.

Burning 3-4000 kcal per day is not actually that hard for men.
Especially with the weather getting colder now it's even easier if you go outside. -
