So yesterday I turned 37. I feel scared about getting older. My therapist told me about a book called “Staring At The Sun”. I started reading it but it’s a heavy book. I can do like a few pages at a time. I think over all it’s forcing me to ask myself questions. The main question is what do I want? I don’t know the answer. I had a hard time deciding which restaurant to go to for my birthday because I was afraid to disappoint people.
