Nirvana Initiative’s plot and twist are so convoluted that I think it’s much easier to appreciate what they were going for if you play it a second time. The first run is often very confusing and the reveal just made me kind of angry at the time. But there are a lot of really clever things here to set it all up. I think they just overdid some stuff.

Her CA125 didn’t back up to 34. Which is technically still normal but I’m a little upset.

It had done that once before but she had diverticulitis at the time so I assumed it was from that, then it went back down.

Now gotta have it on the back of the mind for weeks until the next one.
