@MattMoose I have emailed my councillors and my friend phoned them last week to chase, that's the only reason I've even had a reply to tell me why they haven't processed the application.

omfg reply from the council about my bus pass, "Thank you for applying for a concessionary bus pass.

To progress your application, please supply a photo for your bus pass and a second proof of your address?"

There is nowhere on the application that asks for the photo or 2nd proof of address and also no way to edit the application.
