Kirk was a pretty fringe character in the grand scheme of things. The Democratic politician assassinated in her home with her husband and dog actually mattered. She actually accomplished shit. And from people who I know who knew her personally, she was legit a good person.

But ding dong is flying flags at half staff. He gave Kirk the highest civilian award he could give him. And when trump mentions violence, he doesn't even mention Melissa Hortman and her husband, or the dog. Or the other people that maggot shot that day, or the others on his kill list.
