I am so grateful that Canadian voters showed up and said no to rightwing craziness. PP would’ve been kissing the demented orange butt and we would’ve lost all that makes us Canadian.

Every time I see another US headline, I think, “Congratulations to all the people who voted for Biden but refused to vote for Harris! You wanted to burn down your country rather than vote for what you thought an imperfect candidate, and you got what you wanted.

Good luck putting the pieces back together, though, if you are ever able to find that ethereal perfect candidate.”
