@simonbs I have been designing web app services for my company and doing it on a 16” MacBook. 
I routinely test everything on iPad 9.7 and smaller phones. We deploy base model iPad to most of the employees so I know that I’ll hit that one at least.

Universal healthcare* would unlock and free millions of workers from being shackled to their corporate overlords. It is the ultimate (fools) golden handcuffs.The number of people leaving their jobs to start small businesses would stagger the imagination if they didn’t have to worry about being without healthcare. (Me)
*It doesn’t have to be free, just AFFORDABLE.
