Anybody who fights gets suspended.

Niggers don't care about being suspended, so there is no penalty for their instigation and violence.

White people do care about being suspended, so the only viable strategy is an attempt at non-physical deescalation.

Either stop suspending everyone involved in a fight indiscriminately or bring back segregation. Those are the only two options.
