@zazzoo They are completely gutting and rebuilding the place now. That work started in earnest in winter of 2019, after the H of C and Senate were decanted. I don't know about the roof - that was before my time. But the whole thing is an active construction site with a fake facade. I hope it will be done before I retire. I'd be one of only a handful of Senators who got to start in Centre Block, move to the train station, and then come back to Centre Block again. I have a 14 years to go. It will be a race to see who is finished first!
