I absolutely condemn murdering people on a school campus or a street or in their homes or anywhere else. I’ve been really clear about it. Why? Because applauding it makes more of it and we don’t get to pick who gets killed. It’s not about “karma” or who deserves it. That’s not how it works. That’s not how anything works.

However, the New York Yankees having moments of silence and lowering flags to half mast for an aspiring Nazi instead of children shot within the same hour is a real choice.

Worth noting that we dont even know why anyone shot him. There was rampant speculation that the Trump attempted assassination was carried out by a Democrat, but that turned out to be false. A lot of people are just nuts now.
