Ate some candy corn and did an hour long threshhold interval run with 8 min at lactate threshold and 1.5 min jog per intrrval and i felt like I could do another hour.
Candy corn fall power.

Really not pleased with Hokas mach x3. They're fine for speed work, like maybe 15% better than mach 6's, but if you want to easy run after your sprint intervals or whatever, good god its like running on weirdly shaped bricks. And they're are WAY too tight. Ive been expecting them to "breal in" for about 50 miles now. Prefer my old mach 6s for by far for threshold and tempo. Hell, my cliftons are better for threshold and tempo.
